Matt Atkinson was saved at the age of 8 while
in a church service that his father, the pastor,
was preaching. During his teen years he was
involved in his church's youth group and in a
mime troup. He also worked in the summers at a
Christian Camp in the south western part of
Indiana. The summer after high school he felt a
strong calling to attend World Harvest Bible
College in Columbus, Ohio. He majored in Praise
and Worship. He worked in a wide variety of
ministries while attending the college, such as
prison ministry, food pantry, choir, mime and
puppet troup, youth group, and most extensively
in Children's Ministries. After meeting his wife in Bible College and getting
married in 1998, they moved to his wife's native Churchville, NY. He worked
closely with the youth pastors at Faith Temple, in Rochester, NY before
being called to come alongside and help his father in law pioneer a new
church in Churchville. He currently is an associate pastor there, leads praise
and worship, and is in charge of the youth ministry.
Matt has a desire to be a different and unique pastor, breaking the
traditional mold. He and his wife, Jen, reside in Churchville and have three children.

Sue were married in 1973 and have five children.

Pastor Deb Deb Longer is the most recently appointed

Associate Pastor, but has, in a sense, been
preparing for her whole life. At her salvation
experience early in her teens, she committed
her life to the Lord to become a minister.
That didn't exactly happen until over 40 years
later! She brings a background in sales,
business management, dance education, and
varied volunteer experiences, including Youth
For Christ and Teen World Outreach. Her
heart is very much for Seniors, and ministers
with her Christian dance team, the Emmanuel
Dancers, regularly at Senior facilities and
churches. She brings a people-friendly fresh
approach to her teaching and preaching as she shares from her many and
varied life experiences. She is also the author of a soon to be published new
book about women in ministry, entitled, “Joint Heirs”. She and her husband
Glenn, have been married for 20 years and live in Clarendon, Ny. They have 4
children and 3 grandchildren.
"Make the journey back to Faith... and bring a friend!"
